Missing Product and Non-responsive Nair India office

Dear Sir,

I'm sure Nair India is aware of the missing item 'hair removal cream for men' in the package which I received through your shipping partner Delhivery. After repeated emailed to Nair India office I have still not received a single email reply from them. Sometimes it seems like Nair India doesn't have an office in India or even if they have an office in India, then perhaps they don't have any employees on their payroll.

I'm sure you realise that I have options to formally put a complaint of cheating and e-fraud against your company which made be pay the entire amount upfront while ordering and upon missing item in package, there is absolutely no response from Nair India office. This is fraud. I can't believe that Nair India would stoop soo low and do something like this.
